re-enactments, live action role playing (LARP), living history displays, weddings & medieval craft displays.

The Medieval Rats produce all their arming doublets, arming coats & jacks in the United Kingdom.
Nothing is imported from overseas or outsourced to third parties.
This means that each item of clothing is produced to the same high standard.
Each arming doublet, arming coat & jack is made to measure so it fits both you & your armour. This ensures your armour works as it is designed to & does not restrict your movement.

The arming doublets, arming coats & jacks are designed to compliment your armour & work with it.
Tony currently works on a part time basis as an armourer with A.S.H

knowledge of what our clients expect.

As our arming doublets, arming coats & jack are designed to be put under considerable stress we triple stitch all the seams and use heavy duty linen as standard. For additional information on the design of the arming doubles, arming coats & jacks

To attach your armour, our arming doublets, arming coats & jacks come with hand stitched re-enforced eyelets
& handmade arming points.
The arming points are available in multiple colours matched to your requirements & have brass aglets attached as standard.

the 14th, 15th & 16th Century.
